HOME STAGING

THE JUDY COMPANY

Staging helps buyers make an emotional connection with a property. That emotional connection, when a buyer can visualize themselves living in the home, is what sells houses. Our mission at

The Judy Company is to be the bridge that brings buyers and sellers together. Staging enhances the positives while minimizing the negatives. Staging makes rooms look bigger. And staging in combination with our 3D Matterport services, interactively place the prospective buyer in the home, which helps build that all important emotional connection.

At The Judy Company, we specialize in all aspects of staging and design. Including both vacant & occupied staging, color & walk-and-talk consultations, and investment properties, like Air B&B and vacation homes. If you are interested in something a little more permanent, please

WHY STAGE?

BECAUSE THERE IS NEVER A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION

On average, buyers only spend six minutes in a vacant house and they form an opinion in the first 15 seconds. That's not a lot of time to make that all-imperative first impression.

However, on average, buyers spend 40 minutes in a staged home. The more time buyers spend in a home, the more likely they are to make an offer.
